Undercover Innovations ships all over the world. However, if you’re not located within the lower 48 states or Washington D.C., give us a call and we will make arrangements to get your chosen product to you.
We do not ship to P.O Boxes at this time.
Please contact our customer service department if you need to cancel or are refusing your order. A $20 fee will be charged on all cancelled or refused shipments. This is to cover the additional charges incurred by Shipping.
Products purchased from Undercover Innovations carry a 10 day money back guarantee for the following 2 reasons only. 1. The product was Damaged During shipping or 2. Manufacturing Defect. If this is the case and you want to return it for a refund, please follow the instructions below.
All merchandise being returned must be received by Undercover Innovations in substantially as good condition as when received (including packing materials, accessories and shipping box) within 12 days from the date of purchase or a restocking fee will incur. Customer is liable for all return shipping and handling charges. Undercover Innovations does not reimburse for shipping and handling charges.
Once your return is received and inspected by our receiving department (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or the original method of payment. Please note, it may take an additional 2-3 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.
Undercover Innovations will not accept any returns for refund after 10 days from the date of purchase.
